Microsoft Bot Framework
Microsoft Bot Framework is a great tool for building bots.
You can easly build a single bot for many platforms. It is easy to use and it supports 2 common languages to use it.
You can use C# and NodeJS to build bots with Microsoft Bot Framework but we currently support only NodeJS. (C# will be supported soon.)
